Because we know many people are concerned about the impact of driving on the environment, we have set up the EcoDRIVE programme. This is a partnership with Green Earth Appeal, an organisation that plants trees in the developing world, and Green Fleet, which will plant native trees and vegetation in New Zealand.
How it works
When you take part in the EcoDRIVE programme you will be supporting these two worthwhile initiatives. This is an easy way to ensure your company’s fuel cards are giving something back.

How your company benefits
Your contribution will not go unnoticed. Every year, upon request your business will receive an e-Certificate from CardSmart that shows the number of trees that have been planted and the expected amount of CO2 absorption created by the EcoDRIVE programme. This shows the progress the EcoDRIVE programme is making with the help of your contribution.

The Green Earth Appeal is a Not-For-Profit Social Enterprise, changing lives of some of the planet’s poorest communities through tree planting, in partnership with the United Nations Environment Programme and with the assistance of companies like yours.
Greenfleet is Australasia’s most respected source of biodiverse carbon offsets. Since 1997, Greenfleet has planted over 8.5 million native trees in more than 400 biodiverse forests.
